Canaima Camp offers its guests and visitors a series of services and facilities, such as:

- James "Jimmie" Angel Room, in the lobby area. Designed in honor of the life of explorer Jimmie Angel, who discovered Angel Falls on one of his expeditions, the room is air-conditioned and offers visitors a series of details that recall the life and adventures of this distinguished figure.
- Cocktails and varied music are available at nightfall.
- Personalized attention is provided by staff members from the Pemón ethnic group, who have been trained to welcome and serve visitors with the kindness, charisma, and, above all, responsibility that characterizes them.
