📝 Check In: 03:00 PM - Check Out: 12:00 PM
📝 Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted if the client notifies the agency through which the reservation was made in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled trip. The agency's corresponding commission will be deducted, and the client will also be charged a penalty based on the date on which the cancellation is made.
📝 Refund or return: You will not be entitled to a refund or return of any amount (in specific seasons, long weekends, carnival, Easter, Christmas, New Year and Three Kings' Day, if the cancellation occurs less than 7 continuous days before the trip, the penalty will be one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contracted service.
📝 Suspension or cancellation: If the agency, the operator and/or the providers are forced to suspend or cancel part or all of the services contracted by the client, the client will only be entitled to reimbursement of all or part of the contracted services that were suspended or canceled.
📝 Hotel change: If the passenger arrives at the hotel and, for reasons beyond the agency's control and due to the hotel's service, wishes to change to another hotel, the new reservation must be paid in full, and the agency will process the credit and/or refund of the original reservation.
