"Casa Sol" Breakfast: A platter of hams and assorted cheeses with an Andean or corn arepa and French bread, accompanied by a fried or scrambled egg. Criollo Breakfast: A platter with black beans, shredded beef, a fried egg, and a delicious corn arepa. Sweet Breakfast: Pancakes, accompanied by honey and banana. Omelet: An egg omelet filled with cold cuts, cheeses, or vegetables.
