This village reveals the customs and way of life of our Merida ancestors, making it an essential place to visit. Los Eleros is nestled in the lush, green valleys bordered by the slopes of the magical and impressive Sierra Nevada National Park, which means that the route through this area is steep due to the hills that you climb via stone steps and descend via a concrete slide.
It is located 30 minutes from the city of Mérida. The tour usually lasts all day until 3 pm, but be aware that opening hours vary depending on the day and season.
