Canaima is an incomparable destination of unique world majesty, located in the mystical Guayana region in southeastern Bolívar State, Venezuela. Covering a colossal surface area of approximately 30,000 square kilometers, this natural sanctuary features marvelous landscapes and ancient monuments that seem to belong to another era. Its geography is dominated by a vast and fascinating variety of rushing rivers and towering tepuis: legendary vertical-walled mountains with flat summits that harbor some of the oldest ecosystems on Earth.

  • Decreed a National Park in 1962 and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is divided into two major areas: the Western Sector (Canaima) and the Eastern Sector (La Gran Sabana).
  • It is one of the world's most magnetic tourist centers due to its exotic endemic flora and fauna, and it serves as the ancestral home and settlement of the indigenous Pemon community.
  • It features colossal wonders such as Angel Falls, the world's tallest waterfall with a 979-meter free drop, alongside the majestic Kukenan Falls and its impressive 674 meters of height.
