Morrocoy National Park is located between the towns Tucacas and Chichiriviche in Falcón State. It was declared a National Park in 1974 with the purpose of conserving and protecting the rich aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems of the coastal and maritime area.

🌴Geographically, this destination includes of a large number of cays, mangroves, and beaches, being this its main attractions, the most notable are: Cayo Sombrero, Cayo Sal, Cayo Muerto, and Cayo Paiclás.
🌴To reach the cays, you must take a boat from the national park itself or from Tucacas or Chichiriviche. Tourists can stay in either of these two towns.
